Luckily, most fast-food places post nutrition facts on the websites so you can see what’s in their food before you go. Search for foods that are lower in fat, calories, glucose, and sodium — and saturated in fiber, vitamin supplements, calcium, and iron.Each nomination was reviewed and ranked by the BRAVE Awards Selection Committee, which comprises of Shire employees from around the world and two independent caregiving specialists.
